The ASATT Consulting Team planned, orchestrated, and executed a volunteer gala. This gala brought together donated pastries and desserts from local businesses to create a warm environment to engage potential volunteers around mental health issues. Speakers included the CEO’s of various mental health focused non-profits, representatives from Cornell’s mental health services, and local New Yorkers.

The ASATT Consulting Team set up an installation for Business Leaders of Colors at the Tompkins County History Center to increase awareness and revenue for their network of minority-owned local businesses. This brought together history and impact. We specifically created videos with local minority business owners regarding their business, their journey, any struggles, and lessons they’ve learned. The exhibit was so successful that it remained up for many more months than originally planned. Business owners encompassed industries such as food and beverage, entertainment, legal, and business.

The ASATT Consulting Team help establish and organize ASATT's partnership with Finger Lakes ReUse, consulting on their third location expansion and integrating DEI into their mission statement and metrics. Finger Lakes ReUse generates millions in revenue each year, selling recycled and up-cycled goods at massive discounts. ASATT helped create a list of potential locations for their 3rd flagship location. ASATT also worked directly with their board of directors to implement diversity equity and inclusion into their mission statement as well as revamping their employee facing diversity related materials.

The ASATT Consulting Team conducted a study and analysis on the effectiveness of their neighborhood library program — which offered free books to underserved neighborhoods. Using locally-sourced data from each of the locations, ASATT helped create a tailored strategy plan to focus FRP’s resources to get maximum impact in improving childhood literacy in underserved areas.
