WHO WE ARE

WHO WE ARE

ASATT is a Business Ethics organization with a consulting focus. ASATT is dedicated to cultivating a diverse, inclusive, tight-knit, collaborative, and engaged community of interdisciplinary students interested in the intersection of business and ethics. We strongly value education, and as such, are committed to providing our members with business ethics and consulting knowledge throughout their time involved in our organization. Since taking our first new member cohort in Fall 2021, ASATT now has 40+ members in various capacities such as our consulting teams, new member education team, and the Executive Board.

OUR HISTORY

OUR HISTORY

Our founding executive team was a diverse group of students, with identities varying in terms of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, and more.

They saw a void at Cornell in the business club realm. While there are an abundance of clubs focusing on finance, investment, and various types of consulting, there was no club specializing in Business Ethics. They created A Seat at the Table with the vision of providing members with a comprehensive education series, hands-on experience in the larger community, and considerations of real-world issues, all within an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.

They made the space and can’t wait for you to join it.

OUR CULTURE

OUR CULTURE

Not only is ASATT a place to foster professional development and build a diverse skillset, it’s also a family!

new member education

In the first semester, our new members undergo an intensive New Member Education run by our VP of NME and committee leads. New Members can expect to learn the traditional case interview format and develop the skills to formulate their thoughts into a case framework.

These skills will be applied to various case studies throughout the semester through small group discussions. New Members will learn presentation skills throughout the semester, and present to the ASATT G-Body, before culminating in a final project and presentation as they graduate into our general body.
